I'm having a hard time figuring out this problem. Please help. Thanx!!

An unkown piece of metal with a mass of 23.8 grams is heated to 100.0 degrees celcius and dropped into 50.0 grams of water at 24 degrees celcius. The final temp of the system (metal and water together) is 32.5 degrees celcius.

a) calculate the heat gained by the water.
b)waht is the heat lost by the metal?
c)calculate the specific heat of the metal.
