Seems quite interesting... but some questions are too broad. There can be multiple answers

For number 30: carbonic acid is the stuff they use to make carbonated beverages, like Diet Coke. I'd guess any such carbonated beverage would count as an example. At first I thought you had to calculate the relative amounts of the different ions, which I did in quantitative analysis class I think (but I'm not sure), but fortunately you do not. To answer the second part of the question, think about what would happen if the system were not in equilibrium. What are the chemical reactions that would take place to bring it to equilibrium? What is a dynamic equilibrium and how does this phrase apply to this problem?

12 is simply some straightforward calculation. Chemical equation, limiting reagent, mass to moles, volume to moles (using ideal gas law), and moles of product to mass...

Why doesn't one of you make a list of what answers you have here in the thread. Then others can add to it or correct it. For example:

1. 6.02 x 1023 of anything. Calculations required.

Answer:

2. A cube made of sturdy material with a total volume of 1.0 L. On the note card include the dimensions of each side of the cube. Calculations required. (no work, no credit, no kidding)

Answer:

3. A cube made of sturdy material with a total volume of 1.0 mL. On the note card include the dimensions of each side of the cube. Calculations required. (no work, no credit, no kidding)

Answer:

etc.
