ANNMAI, Help!!!

For school science project, my teacher has let us make ANNMAI, under strict rules, as we are very good at chemistty, but i need your help.

ANNMAI, amonium nitrate, nitro methane, aluminum power. although i have done research, i need you to back me up.

first of all, if i put AI foil into a hand operated coffe ginder for and hour or so, will the power left over be usable?

Second, is there anyway to draw the small ammount of AN from fertiliser to create a more, Ummm concentrate? (we get more marks Razz

)

third, does anyone know the order i should mix these in? and of course any saftey measures i should take to ensure the saftey of others, and my surroundings.

fourth, i have M8 cannon fuse availiable, but would magnesium strips detonate this? or does it need a shockwave simular to ANFO?
