kJ stands for kilo-Joule, which means 1000 Joules. Joules are units of energy. K and ēC are units of temperature which are not units of energy but rather units of average kinetic energy of the atoms or molecules of the substance. Therefore your question

how many K are a kJ?

cannot be answered.

298,15 K mean 20ēC?

I think you mean 298.15, not 298,15. That temperature is 25ēC, not 20ēC. Take a look at this website:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temperature

There are temperature conversion equations in there.

I think you meant how many Joules per KJ.

Well Kilo is the prefix for 1000.

So 1 KJ = 1000J

and 1MJ = 1,000,000 (one million) J
