how lysozyme break cell wall of bacteria? in case of gram negative bacteria there is an extra layer of lipopolysaccharide and lysozyme act only on peptidioglycan layer which is inner side to lipopolysaccharide layer than how cell lysis possible?

I found this. Maybe you could find detailed information there. I personally don't know anything else about this part of chemistry yet other then the information on wikipedia.
