Default Volume & before/after equation and Ideal Gas Law

Im having trouble figurging out how to calculate the effect on the volume of 1 mol using this law

P1 V1 / n1 T1 = P2 V2 / n2 T2

one of the quest. goes like

Will the volume of the gas inc, dec, or remain unchanged if

The pressure is increased from 6 atm to 14 atm, while the temperature is increased from -73°C to 127°C.
V2

doesnt the pressure casue the vol to dec by a factor of 8 here ( 6 atm to 14 atm) and temp casue vol to inc by a factor of 2 ( 200 K to 400 K )

so youd set it up like

v2 = P1 2*T2 / (1/8) P2 T1 which would equal 2 divided by one eighth?

im really confused
