HI
I try to react chloropyrimidin with amino acids but the reaction is not happen can somebody help me to make this reaction?

The nature of chloropyrimidine is important to select reaction conditions with aminoacids.
Please inform more about the structure of both reactants and what conditions did you use, hence we may help you as we can

Thank you

the position for the chloro at carbon 6 and the amino acids that I made glycine and treptophan, the conditions just make the medium bases to be sure that the attack will be form the nitrogen not from oxygen and reflux.

hi , u can try some buchwald conditions using Pd(dba)2 or Pd(oAc)2
0.05equalants,xanthophos .05 equalants, Cs2CO3 2 equalants
