Is there any way possible to get out this Amine HCl from n-Butanol & extracting it in water ?

Well, the way you do extractions in general is pretty standard. You put the n-butanol with the amine hydrochloride in a separatory funnel and then add a little water - make sure the knob is closed! Then put the cap on and shake it around for a while. Vent it by opening the knob while it's aiming up, shake again, repeat a few times. Then get the water out, save it, put in a little more water, shake it around for a while...repeat as often as you like. Some of the product will end up in each water fraction. Do some Google searches for [extraction "separatory funnel"] and similar word combinations.

Dear Rob, I already tried this repeated extraction with butanol-water, but not getting complete hydrochloride in water. |

are you absolutely required to perform an extraction of some sort?

after the initial water extraction, try adding a little hexane. This should mix with the butanol and force the salt into the aqueous layer, kind of like the opposite of using a brine mixture to break up an emulsion. If hexane doesn't work (it should), use something depending on how "organic" your amine actually is (depending on ClogP).
