Default hydrogen peroxide

I need to find an article or some form of instructions on how to make >90% concentrated hydrogen peroxide.... any ideas? I need it to be this concentrated because I will be using it in some experimental model rockets.

H2O2 can be made by the electrolysis of ammonium bisulphate (NH4HSO4) or sulfuric acid H2SO4 followed by hydrolysis of the product formed, which is (Prepare yourself) The peroxydisulphate - or ((SO4)2) two minus. For propellants you could use down to 80% H2O2.

H2O2 gives off highly explosive vapour above 70% that detonates at around 75 degrees celcius.
