Default Substrate concentration

can some 1 tell me what the hell is substrate concentration and what has it got to do with enzymes :?

Substrate concentration is the concentration of substrate; how many substrates are there... many/few/little... this has to do with enzymes because the greater the substrate concentration the greater the speed of reation; Because there are more substrates there is a greater chance that one will come in contact with an enzyme. I hope that helps.
