Default Recrystallization Question?

How many mL of boiling water would I need to dissolve 25g of phthalic acid? Then when I cool it to 14 degrees celsius how many grams of phthalic acid would crystalize out?

I think I am making this question harder on myself than it needs to be.
Any help would be much appreciated!

My CRC says only that it's "slightly soluble" in water. Chemfinder.com says that the solubility at 20°C is <0.1 g/100 mL. I don't know if there is any reference that can give you this information. This website says that the solubility at 20°C is 0.574 g/100 ml:

I don't know of any way to look up the solubilities of this substance in water at different temperatures. You'll have to figure it out yourself experimentally using the numbers I provided unless someone else knows how to find this information.
