Default Ash Eating Enzyme

I am looking for an enzyme that would be able to break down ash from oil, which consists of a mixture of phosphorus, sulfur, calcium, and zinc. Is this possible, or am I totally barking up the wrong tree here?

What I need to do is find a way to get rid of, or at least soften the ash, in order to mechanically remove the ash.

Thanks in advance for any help!!

I am totally clueless when it come to chem, so any help is appreciated!!
