Buffer Solutions

Out of these buffers:
CH3CO2H
H20
NaCH3CO2
NaH2PO4
Na2HPO4
CH3CO2H/NaCH3CO2
Na2HPO4/Na2HPO4

Which buffer works the best and least?Why?

Is NaCH3CO2 a weak base or acid?

What is the chemical equation when adding NaOH or HCl to (Na2HPO4/Na2HPO4)?
