Indentifying unknown substances..

Hi guys..I have got a lab test tomorow at school, in which I will have to indentify 10 unknown solutions. I know that they are
Ammonia solution
Chromium chloride
copper(II)nitrate
Copper(II)sulfate
Ferric (Iron III) chloride
Lead(II) nitrate.
Magnesium sulfate.
Potassium permanganate
Sodium carbonate.
sodium dichromate.
My job is to find which one is which
I have to do this using only
HCL(aq)
and barium nitrate as test solutions
as well as any odour and colour.
Iam to use Odour and colour to indentify first then use the test solutions to indentify the rest...
Despite Rereading my text books thoroughly ,searching though extra books i borrowed from the libary and much "googling"
All i know is that the ammonia willl have a pungent odour
CuNO3 and CuSO4 will be blue.
feCl3 will be a yellow(urine like ) colour.
and i think the chromium chloride will be dark green .


So does anybody have any ideas of how i can tell the others apart and to distingwish betwwen those substances of a similar colour..
