Default Prep. of tetratiodotin and its triphenylphosphine complex...

In the Andrews titration used to determine I- is the potassium iodate acting as a reducing or oxidising agent?

Also, what are the isomeric forms of (Ph3P)2SnI4....

Any help is greatly appreciated thanks..
