Default NEED HELP WITH HESS' LAW & ACID-BASE NEUTRALIZATION RXN

I'm given the reaction below:
NaOH(aq) + HCl(aq) => NaCl(aq) + H2O(l)

I'm asked to find out how many individual rxns are represented, including the enthalpy change for dissolving the reactants in water.

Then I need to write out the balanced equations for each individual reaction and the sum of those reactions which i assume will be the top reaction.

Any help will be appreciated, the assignment is due 8am Tues (9/13/05).

THANKS
