Default Sodium hypochlorite concentration over time?

Hi there

I have been given a question regarding how "available chlorine" in household bleach would be affected over time?
I'm taking a wild guess and am predicting that it'll be decreasing over time?

Could someone enlighten me with the theory behind it?

Much appreciated
