Sodium Isotopes

hi everyone,

i want to ask how many isotope(s) does sodium have? i have heard that there is only 1 naturally occuring isotope for sodium and many more radio isotopes. but in fact, what is the difference between isotopes and radioisotopes?

Moreover, would you plaese recommend a chemistry book for me, a student of 15? Thanks a lot for any help.

yes there is only one stable isotope of sodium.
sodium 23. there are 14 unstable isotopes, with halflive of milliseconds to some seconds, and there is Sodium 22 with a halflive of 2,5 years.

radioisotopes are isotopes which are radioactive, meaning they decay.
