Default Refrigerant question (URGENT!)

Is it possible to divide a (water) solution containing Freon (fluorocarbon) into
simpler, non harmful to the environment, components? If yes, how?

thank you

Are you interested in separating the fluorine from the water or changing the fluorine into something safer? It sounds like the latter. Hydrolysis with NaOH will give you an alcohol.
