Default 1g NaOH dissolved - how much heat should be released?

Hi. I need to find out the theoretical yield of heat when 1g of NaOH(s) is dissolved.

I know that the equation would be

NaOH -> Na + OH + xkJ

but I don't have x, so I can't solve for heat. Does anyone know how much heat should be released, or how I could obtain this information?
