Default Elements whose symbols don't match their names

Some elements have symbols that don't match their names. The symbols come from Latin and German. The Germans are big in chemistry and the Romans were first with older elements.

Ag = Argentum (Silver)
Au = Aurum (Gold)
Cu = Cuprum (Copper)
Fe = Ferrum (Iron)
Hg = Hydragyrum (Mercury)
K = Kalium (Potassium)
Na = Natrium (Sodium)
Pb = Plumbum (Lead)
Sb = Stibium (Antimony)
Sn = Stannum (Tin)
W = Wolfram (Tungsten)
