i wnat to know what is the principle of french press homogenizer? i know that it uses a motordriven piston inside a steel cylinder to develop pressure up to 40.000psi but in this instrument sample is thaken at the bottom of the steel tube and the space between the steel tube and piston is approximately 1mm or less, than where and how and at which site in the instrument cell break observed?
