Well, you've got the dissolving of NaOH and HCl in water, and the combination of the acid and base to form water. The NaCl(aq) is actually not a new compound but the dissociated ions Na+ and Cl-, so the formation of NaCl wouldn't be one of your reactions. If you include the dissolving of the acid and base then I count three reactions. Can you write them out individually?
