Sodium hydrogen carbonate is the same as sodium bicarbonate, AKA Baking Soda.
10.0 g NaHCO3 needs to be converted to moles first. Then, you need to write out the chemical reaction of NaHCO3 with HCl. With these two pieces of information, you can calculate theoretical yield. Then multiply this by 75% (3/4) to get the answer.
