Wondering about chemicals found in food - Mike Myatt

Hi, I'm Mike Myatt and I would like to know more about the chemicals that they put in food ( like preservatives, colorants, etc. ) Wich one is harmful, how do they affect the body and in what quantity? Anybody knows about this? Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Mike Myatt

There is no simple answer here. There is no simple answer to your question. You need to take each additive in turn, a vast majority are non toxic. A few can be harmful but amounts vary greatly, if you can name a specific one it would be a lot easyer, thanks

Preservatives of any kind especially in foods should be taken seriously by all consumers. Preservatives are in virtually every type of food we eat. Meats, vegtables, fruits and beverages. We really can't get away from them though we can buy some foods such as free range meats, Soy milk and organic fruits and vegtables which all come free of preservatives amoung other dangerous chemicals and hormones. Also be sure to extra wash foods thoughly before consuming.
