Something abt Tar

Hey guys,
I want to get some information abt Tar (The Black Solid)

Q1. What is the melting point of tar
Q2. Wat r the uses of tar?
Q3. Tar is a black solid...do we die if we consume a little of tht black solid?
Q4. do we die if heated Tar is poured on our head??
