I NEED MAJORR HELP PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Ok, i'm attempting this project which i've already confirmed, but i just found out i'm totally clueless as to what i need to do.

A protein, albumin, was placed into four test tubes for each of the seven pH levels being used. Then the buffer solution for each pH level was placed into their respective tubes. After a period of ten minutes, Ninhydrin Isopropanol was placed into one of the tubes for each pH. This was repeated every ten minutes. After being centrifuged, the solutions were observed for color change and the absorbance was recorded using a spectrophotometer at 580nm

this is what i have to do,

but HOW?

what does the Ninhydrin Isopropanol do? and why do i put it only in 1 of the 4 test tubes, and why do i need 4 test tubes for each pH level?
how do i get the buffer solution and how do i get the pH levels and WHERE can i use a spectrophotometer?!?!?!

i need HELP!!!
please answer ASAP!!!!

oh and i need to know how much of each thing to use!!!!

you need more details to find out reaction mechanism..as i understood with your writing ..you have been analyze protein and albumin mixture in different Ph's..and Ninhydrin Isopropanol is kind of reagent to use determination of deformation albumin and protein mixture in different ph at 580 nm wavelenth ..if u repeat it 4 times it may mean repeatability of analyze (increase numbering of sample and anaylze helps you to close precision in results)..but in order to esure that you should search albumin and protein behaviours in different PH then you should find out Ninhydrin Isopropanolsturucture and properties (it realy indicator or catalisor or what?) then combine all of the clues you will find right aswer easly..there must be speciifc reason for you that why youu are making analy at 580 nm..which molecule can be determine in this wavelength? this is most important question for you bc u can find what are you looking for by this way
