Help with net ionic equations

Can someone help me with complex net ionic equations and clearify solubility rules for me!

ex of type of problems:

A solution of potassium iodide is added to an acidified solution of potassium dichromate.

KI + acidified K2Cr2O7

--> acidified dichromate is a strong oxidator and so you should build a redoxreaction by setting up 2 halfreactions ;)

(You should also remember that acidified permanganate is also most of the times a redoxreaction ;))
