Copper(II) + chromate

hi

i have my chem exam today and there is one question.
Predict the color of copper(II) chormate in aqueous solution.
I know that copper(II) is blue and chromate is yellow ( given in the question)
but what color is that compound? Hope that you can help me with this and if possible, can you explain how you get that answer( i mean how to predict).

thanks a lot

My prediction: solution will be clear. Copper chromate doesn't seem like something soluble.

Best,

copper II ions are blue in aqueous solution
chromate VI ions are yellow

blue superimposed over yellow gives green
