Molecular structure

I have heard a rumor that margerine is one single molecule away from plastic. I have been trying to find a web site that lets you put in an item, and get a molecular break down, but have not been able to find one to compare the two. Does anyone have any idea if it is true, or where I can reserch somthing like that?

I don't think that that is true because margerine is a mixture and plastic (which there are many different types) is not a mixture.
I don't know of any website like the one you describe, but it would be nice if there is one.
