Basic chemistry for those in the art...

I was hoping for some instructions on chemical calculations. I figure I could just ask for the answer but what fun is that.

I have 5.27g of NaCl, 0.37g of KCl, and 3.78g of NaHCO3 in a mixture.

How do I calculate the amt of Na, K, Cl, and HCO3 in the mixture?

Thanks
JS

If you need the amt in moles, then divide the mass that you have by molar mass of the compound.

If you need the mass of each ion, then find the mass percent in each compound and then multiply it by the mass that you have.
