Buffer Solutions

Out of these buffers:
CH3CO2H
H20
NaCH3CO2
NaH2PO4
Na2HPO4
CH3CO2H/NaCH3CO2
Na2HPO4/Na2HPO4

Which buffer works the best and least? Why?

Is NaCH3CO2 a weak base or acid?

What is the chemical equation when adding NaOH or HCl to (Na2HPO4/Na2HPO4)?

Thanyou for helping me :)

Weak acids make strong buffers.
Weak bases make strong buffers.
Sort by pka from small to large for ascending buffer strength...as a general rule.
Strong acids or bases want to give up H or OH so they dont control pH very well.
Buffer Solutions weaker(more dilute) than E-02Molar get tricky, then water contributes significantly toward strength.
